Use the in-app wizard to connect your feeder to Wi-Fi, either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. After pairing, tap “Schedule” to set up to 10 feeding times and choose portion sizes in increments of 5 grams.
What types of kibble are compatible?

The feeder is compatible with most dry kibble sizes, ranging from 6 mm to 12 mm in diameter. An anti-jam auger and infrared detection system help minimize blockages, even with irregularly shaped pellets.
How long will the backup battery power the device?

We recommend using the DC adapter as the main power source and saving the batteries for unexpected power outages.
How do I clean the feeder components?

Remove the transparent hopper, gasket seals, auger, and stainless-steel bowl for washing.
